The cashier had made a mistake with an order. She brought it to a senior employee (manager? right away. The manager was great. He didn't berate them, make it into an issue or belittle the employee in any way. He gave the employee what they needed to know and the actions to take. This is a great example of how people should be treated. Well done! View all feedback.
What Jenn Gelinas doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I've frequented this store for years. The last 6 months to a year it has really gone downhill. Owner really needs to take a good look at who they have running the place because they're losing long term customers left and right in the neighborhood. The problem started when management shifted and should definitely be addressed. View all feedback.

Slow service and the west end of Windsor provides a pretty sketchy atmosphere around the Tim's.
