Diners appreciate the beautiful ambiance and friendly staff, with successful events like scotch tastings and delicious pizza. However, some customers face challenges with service, particularly in dealing with negative behavior from specific staff. The food is generally well-praised, reasonably priced, and perfect for after-work gatherings or sports viewing. While some improvements are needed, Bourbon remains a hub for good food, cold beer, and a vibrant atmosphere until 2am every day.
A lot of live music, mostly older rock with a mix of 90s, 2000s rock. Friendly
I used to enjoy dining at Bourbon, but the level of service has significantly declined. This is mainly attributed to one server, Kayleena Wilson. I will actively avoid this place in the future, even though I used to like it. After speaking with others, it is clear that her rude behavior is a common issue. She really does not belong in that atmosphere and should be let go. If I see her working, I will not hesitate to leave. Additionally, the paid parking only adds to the negative experience caused by the server's bad attitude.
The burgers were delicious and we had a great time. If you arrive before 8 pm, you may be lucky enough to find parking.
Great pub with delicious food and good portion sizes. One of my favorite and “go-to” restaurants in Windsor. I have been here many times over the past 3 years that I’ve been in Windsor, and will definitely be returning sometime soon.
