Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

It was obvious no one had cleaned the dirty and dusty windows and broken blinds we were seated next to. I felt really uncomfortable eating in a place that shouldn't pass health inspection. The staff tried to accommodate for food allergies but it was clear the kitchen wasn't aware of how to do this when one of our party got sick from some likely gluten cross contamination. I used to like Swiss Chalet, but they've really gone down hill and the same attention just isn't there. At least the bathrooms looked sort of clean

Have eaten at all the sites in the area, but prefer this location. Servers here have been most attentive. The food is the standard fare, but the servers do make the difference in our experiences.

Went with the family for dinner, the kids had fun and enjoyed their meals. My ribs were a bit cold but food was still good.

One of my favourites. Good food and service. Can always count on good chicken. I don't really care for their ribs but I love the chicken and dipping sauce.

My husband and I tried the beef special with a leg of chicken, mashed potatoes and cole slaw. It was delicious! Loved the kids options by the way. Free dessert for kids. And if you want to go right away they have apple sauce too! So you don't have to stay just to get the free dessert.
