I asked if I c... read more I had an acceptable experience at this subway location. After we ordered $50 worth of food, I went to grab a Diet Pepsi, but they were out of it. I asked if I could swap it for a bottle, and the manager graciously charged me an extra 60 cents. Honestly, that’s a very small amount! I paid the 60 cents via credit card, which incurred a 29-cent transaction fee. It felt unnecessary to waste several minutes of their time—and the time of the customers behind us—for just 15 cents after fees.
