I went to this restaurant two days in a row it was so good. I had the vegetable platter one night and the chicken platter the next night. Both were fantastic. This place lives up to it's rating - the line up was out the door! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Shawarma Palace:
Ordered two chicken shwarmas here. They were okay at best. For 7.50 I would expected more but it sadly did not hit the spot. They could improve by making bigger wraps. I would recommend if it was the only place open but I would assume better options are available View all feedback.
I used to love this place every time I visited Windsor. Their quality has severely went down. First of all, the people working their cannot even make a shawarma. This is the first shawarma I had without Tzatziki or hot sauce. It was so bland!! And they did not even stuff the pita they put everything on top of the pita so it was a big mess to eat. I was so mad! Also got a beef shawarma plate, hot sauce was not even hot. Meat was salty. I am now wondering if this place is under new management. I will be looking for a new place my next visit. They do not deserve to have a 4 star rating anymore. So disappointed after this visit. I will not be returning.
I use to love this place, everytime I went to windsor I made it a point to visit this restaurant, unfortunately my recent experience was not that great, meat was not as tender and the hot sauce did not taste as great.
So fresh and great food. Portions are perfect and service is wonderful. Best place down town.
World class Shawarma. Have been coming here for the past 8 years and never had a time where I didn't enjoy my dish. Thank you for giving us great food again and again.
