Contribute FeedbackNick the Greek is a long-standing Greek restaurant with a cozy, bustling atmosphere and generous portions. The food is well-seasoned and the use of feta in various dishes is highlighted by many reviewers. The gyro is a standout item, made with authentic ingredients imported from Greece. While some patrons mention room for improvement in areas such as service consistency and updating the space, the overall dining experience is positive. The menu also offers Canadian options, including fish and chips that are well-liked despite being commercially battered. The atmosphere may be cozy and tight on space, but the warmth of the staff and the quality of the food make it a must-visit for anyone craving delicious Greek dishes.
Not a fan of this restaurant. We had take out today. My pita was cold and dry, our spinach pie was cold and the salad was lame.
We have ordered or eaten here many times over many years, but have never thought about doing a review. Major oversight! We almost always ordered the gyros and side of vegetables or their house salad. Since the time of the original owner in the 1990's through to the present, the recipes have not changed, and portions have always been generous. I always ask for the gyros meat to be well done which I believe really adds to the flavour and texture. During lock down we can only order for take out, but since we do not live far away, this is stil well worth it.
This is a good basic Greek restaurant with an additional menu of Canadian food. The food tends to be fresh prepared where appropriate although some items like the fish for fish and chips is commercially battered. In spite of that we like the fish and chips and especially the large portions. They do a good job on all their offerings and we find ourselves back again and again.
This place has not changed in years which is awesome. Tasty food, generous portions and good prices. I love the Greek potatoes and vegetables.
Been a couple of times for lunch. The location is plain. The food is well seasoned garlicky good. One of the best things here is the generous use of feta. Order any wrap and you can be assured of a liberal portion of feta even in the BLT wrap. The portions are generous and the chips have a great seasoning on them. The prices are okay. This is a good place for a causal filling lunch.
