Very disappointed. This chain has gone downhill over the years, and with this store, has hit rock bottom. Ordered online for pick up, which was fine, but no option for paying cash upon arrival. Indicated that food would be ready in 15 minutes. Got to the location, only to be told 10 more minutes. An employee who may or may not speak English brought my order. Phone number gives me a bad connection, asking me for a code. I ordered online, was not delivered, and there was no way to contact them. Since they use uber or doordash to deliver for them, no way to know if it was delivered or not. Bad customer services.

This isn 't a review, I 'm just wondering if this location is closed? It 's been closed the passed few days with a sign on the door saying We are closed for reasons behold our control . I 'm hoping you will be open soon.
Placed an order online and waited over 2 hours for the food and nothing was delivered, tried to call the store multiple times and no one knows how to answer the phone either another 30 minutes go by and had to call customer support due to no one answering and no food showing up either very disappointing.
Horrible, ordered online paid ahead, told it would be ready for pickup at 5:09, got there at 5:11 and didnt get my food until almost 5:30 and no service at all for 15
