This was our first visit to Kelsey's since the vaccine mandate was introduced. Chelsea, our server, was very helpful and efficient—attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The nachos were cooked beyond recognition, had to snap off pieces like peanut brittle. The chicken fajitas weren't prepared properly. Not a good idea to julienne cut thinly) the chicken, onions and peppers the same size. The result was a pile of mush where could barely distinguish between what was what. There was a clear issue in the kitchen that caused delays in food delivery. However, our waitress was very apologetic and showed great respect and dedication to her work. Fortunately, since it was a business meeting and we had plenty to discuss without any time constraints, it didn't affect us too much. The food was quite good and offered good value for the price.
We had a wonderful time with the family! The restaurant was quite busy, which made the service a bit slow. However, Mike was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.
Overall a very good choice for dinner. We were seated quickly and drink orders were taken almost immediately. Great selection on the menu. Food came out in a timely fashion. The only issue I had/have is that my chicken bites were luke warm at best. Both the other meals were hot and enjoyed.
Food was great. Service was excellent. Would recommend.
Went on a Thursday half price wing night. Wings we’re fresh and very good. Some places pre cook their wings in special nights and they come out dry but these were not. Bartender served our table and was awesome. Highly recommend going on a Thursday and sitting in the bar area.
