The portion sizes are generous for the price, with enough food... read more I have ordered takeout from this restaurant a few times now and I have been impressed each time. The portion sizes are generous for the price, with enough food for about one and a half meals. I even had leftovers to enjoy the next day. The Szechuan dishes are particularly delicious, but make sure to request for the true spicy taste as the regular spiciness leans more towards sweet and sour. I was delighted to discover that the extremely spicy dish is made with a different sauce and it paired perfectly with the rice. I will definitely be returning for more.

And on top of that every time we are there they EXPECT a tip! We paid for the meal with debit and left the tip in cash on the table and the lady has the balls to say 'no tip?! No tip?! ' This has happened to is 3+ times. Rude!

According to their posted hours, the restaurant was supposed to close at 3 AM. However, when we entered, the owner informed us that they were actually closing at 11 PM, although we could still place a takeout order until that time. After eating elsewhere, we returned to collect our car parked in front of Jade Garden. To our surprise, we noticed two sets of white couples dining inside. It became clear that the owner was unwilling to serve us as a mixed couple and displayed a disturbing level of racism. While he was willing to take our money, he didn't want us to sit down in the restaurant. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend Jade Garden based on how we were treated.

The Asian restaurant scene in Windsor ha... read more It seems that Jade Garden has closed down. I stopped by this past Sunday and found a bailiff notice posted on the door. The Asian restaurant scene in Windsor has been struggling for quite a while, and I believe this closure is a significant loss. I'm really sorry to see it go.
