My first visit here was for fish & chips at lunch and i loved it. Great hand cut fries accompany your fish along with tons of lemon, tartar and coleslaw. Next time i'll try the scallops or maybe breakfast as it's open early. View all feedback.
What Brenden Strosin dislikes about Heather Bell Fish & Chips:
Food was quite average. Priced too high for what we got. The lady that runs it is very nice and is proud of the longevity of this restaurant, but it is really old and as mentioned not too special. View all feedback.
Located in a nondescript small shopping plaza, make a u-turn if you miss this place!__Run by an older woman who has owned the spot for more than a decade,
So excited to try this place for lunch on a trip across the border.

It had been ages since we've had fish & chips. We are so glad we ordered takeout from Heather Bell tonight. Food was fast and delicious as always. No matter how rough your day has been, one stop at Heather Bell will brighten it. Definitely worth a trip down Ottawa St if you love fish & chips!
