Harvey's - Windsor

I purchased two milkshakes and was disappointed to find that they were only filled 3/4 of the way. At $4 each, I expect to receive my money's worth. I was very dissatisfied with this experience.

Rose was professional, kind, hardworking, patient, and attentive.

The food was great! Don 't get me wrong. But when we got our food they didn 't tell us that they were closing in 20 minutes even though we went to sit down AS our order was being made. And ontop of that they got our drinks wrong completely. The employee that told us was like I didn 't know. , like.. do you not know the time the place you work at closes dine in? Hello? And when we had to throw out our drinks because our hands were full we asked the same person if we should dump it and toss the cupa or just throw out the whole drink and they kept saying I don 't know. .

Like that toppings are added in front of me. Service at this location is constantly good. This restaurant is in a busy area of South Windsor.Lots of free parking. Near hotels.

Note: I rated it with four stars as a relative mark to other fast burger joints. As a selection compared to other food alternatives, it deserves 2.5 to 3 stars at best.We dined there recently. Ample parking. The decor is nice. The service was exceptionally slow especially when the place is not busy. Kind of disappointing. I ordered the double with cheese combo. My friend ordered a single sandwich only. The "select your toppings" feature is great. The burgers were juicy, tasty and tasted far more real than say McDonald, Burger King or Wendy's. However, the bill mounted to $19.80 which is rather high. There other alternatives at this price range that give you more.It is good to once or twice a year visit. Beyond that, the prices have to make more sense....
