Fong's Villa Restaurant - Windsor

We dined at this restaurant on August 8, 2023 and it was terrible! We have eaten here before and it was excellent. However, this time the Chicken Lo Mein had gummy noodles, lacked chicken, pork, and shrimp, and was just as expensive as before. The Beef with Mushrooms barely had any beef. The only decent dishes were the fried rice and spring rolls. We will need to find a new Chinese restaurant to order from.

This is there worst chinese food we have ever eaten. Honey garlic ribs burnt tough, chicken soo guy had so much batter had t hunt for the chicken. The chicken balls so much dough didn't eat them. Won ton soup was a small bowl of water with a noodle floating in it. . Ribs weren't touched except one. With all the food that was left we were charged full price. Either people in the area have no where else to eat or have not eaten good Chinese food

This is the worst food we have ever had. We waited for delivery for 45 minutes, but it arrived late. The food was cold and soggy. What a waste of food.

I ordered food for takeout and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. However, it took 2.5 hours for my order to finally be prepared. The staff was rude, disorganized, and the food was disappointing. Several customers who came in to pick up their orders were told that their orders had been lost. This was a very disappointing experience. I used to love this restaurant when it was in a different location. I am not sure what happened, but they have definitely lost me as a customer.

Stopped by to pick up my take out order on Sunday....big mistake. The whole restaurant was full of patrons waiting for their take out order, also. Very chaotic!! The woman quoted me a half hour wait over the phone and when I arrived she extended it another forty minutes. Two women were standing my the cash register still taking phone orders while over twenty people were standing in the dining room waiting. Not fun.
