The service at this restaurant is top-notch! The staff are always friendly and kind. The food is also outstanding, with a rating of 10/10. The only drawback is the price, which is on par with other places. However, the portions are generous, so you end up with leftovers. I highly recommend visiting this place for a date night or with friends. The dilly fries are particularly amazing – don't knock it until you try it. Thank you for the great service, delicious food, and wonderful atmosphere in this building. The history behind the building is also intriguing – be sure to ask about it!
The staff at this restaurant is rude and disrespectful. I cannot understand why the owner would risk their business by allowing such behavior.
Warning everyone!!! The employees at the bar were extremely rude. I will never return to this place again because I experienced blatant racism and discrimination. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends or family members.
Still the same great place, the usual standard for friendly welcoming staff. Hadn’t been here in years and was not disappointed.
This place used to be amazing but now it's not even worth going. The burgers taste like frozen patties now. The last burger was tough and dry. The bubbies sauce has changed and isn't as strong/good. Even the fries aren't as good as they used to be. It's like they just stopped trying. Sad.

Really good burgers! I 'm not a huge fan of burgers in general but I ordered a Greek burger and really enjoyed it! Their fries were a little soggy but dipping them in Bubi 's sauce made up for it lol next time ill be trying their pizza burger. It looks deliciously messy! After reading the back of the menu about Bubi still 'haunting ' the women 's washroom in the basement I 'll admit I was a little hesitant to go down there. Lol (They have another bathroom, but it was out of order) The staff are also very friendly and we were very impressed that the waiter took our order without writing It down and got everything perfect! If you love garlic you 'll love Bubi 's sauce! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a extremely satisfying meal!
First time there, the server was very friendly food was excellent huge potions the Bubi sauce is to die for... best service 10 out10 we will be back....
Was in Windsor for the day and went in with friends. Had the flightless bird burger and fries. The food was fantastic and the garlic sauce was even better. Good atmosphere and friendly staff.

A landmark restaurant in Windsor Bubi 's like many other restaurants has undoubtedly had a tough time since covid hit. We arrived around lunch time on a Saturday and were quickly seated. It took quite awhile to get our food but I 'm guessing they are short staffed which is an issue plaguing many restaurants and retail businesses so totally understandable. Although it would have been nice if the appetizer came out before the main as opposed to after. Please note they do not have a kids menu. Nor will they serve you a half portion of something. This strikes me as a bit odd. How hard is it to create a few items at a smaller size (like chicken fingers and call it a kids menu? I ordered the pulled pork sandwich which was really good except please note it is not a sandwich per se but the meat is on top of a piece of bread. The serving size was pretty generous though so really no need for another piece of bread on top of it I suppose . I recommend the pizza crusts and if you do get them make sure to order 'Windsor style ' which includes shredded pepperoni, mushrooms and cheese. I would recommend Bubi 's (just maybe not for young kids and feel bad for these owners and workers as I know they must be struggling. One of the reasons we continue to dine out is to help support local business like this.

Nice and affordable place to have delicious food and some buzz. Near to university of windsor. For vegetarians they have pretty good burger, pizza sticks with cheese and burritos. Drink options are also nice and strong. Staff is so friendly and even beautiful Taste : 8/10, Ambience : 10/10, Service : 9/10, Pricing : 9/10 Updating as of Aug 2022: Food quality is not as before and also seating arrangements changed so not that great ambience as before. Changing 5 stars to 2 stars. Hospitality remains the same, they welcome and greet their customers well, great staff.
June 4th went for my birthday with 3 sisters. We all ordered Best of Chicken it was so overcooked literally burnt. They had a party of 20 coming after us. The only excuse we got was kitchen was overwhelmed. It was taken home to feed the dogs. Salad was limp like it was under a heater. Terribly disappointed that it would be served to a patron No excuse
We have been here several times pre-pandemic. We love the food!! We drove an hour with friends because we were excited they were finally open, again. While we were 25 minutes out, we realized no one had made a reservation. We called, told them we were 25 minutes out and asked if they had a spot for 6. They said they did so we continued on. When we got there, they said the wait would be an hour; that some other people had come in before us and even though we had phoned ahead, we would have to wait. I don’t know what happened between our phone call and arrival but we lost the table. We won’t be back. We’ve always had great service before but that experience soured the place for us.
Was disappointed, seemed all the classic Bubi's specialties the authentic food was taken off the menu, either that or they only put out a partial menu with regular bar food. There were 4 of us and we were all hoping for some authentic Bubi's and ended up with burgers and wraps instead. The portion were classic Bubi's sizes but that about all I can say. The server was good especially it being her first day, I suggest going back to the original/full menu, people expect the as seen on TV Bubi's not pub grub
Was a regular customer and loved their burgers but hadn't been there in about 5 or 6 years. The 6 foot dandelion growing in the step of the entrance should have been a clue and the inside hadn't been swept in a while. The appetizer and drinks we decent but my 1/3 pound burger was under a 1/4 of a pound for fun and was tasteless but really chewy. When I told this to the manager he informed me about shrinkage during cooking and a lot of other BS. He had had this conversation many times before. You got my money this time...good bye forever...we won't miss each other.
