When I rate food services, I normally rate local eateries. Though the customer service at the Devonshire Mall A&W location was impeccable all around! Cashier wouldn't take no for an answer when trying to upsell me on a combo instead of a single burger. She rang it through as a combo saying it's cheaper. News flash, it's not. I got ripped off for a couple of bucks because someone can't take no for an answer. Not impressed. View all feedback.
