Armando's Pizzeria - Windsor

Salad and pizza returning from the Windsor Airport. The service was excellent, and the food fine, but pretty uninspired. Pizza crust was thick and a bit doughy, like an under cooked frozen one and the salad, while quite large, tasted like bag lettuce. OK, but nothing I'd drive a block over to get.

My husband and I took his parents on Friday, July 28 for pizza. Although the pizza was very, very good the service was poor. Dark haired server (don't have her name) was curt, unfriendly, patronizing, and altogether unhelpful. Also, the over-priced "bagged"salad was wilted and boring. And, why not include some cheap bread-sticks when customers sit down? Will not return under any circumstance. Too much money for too little enjoyment.

Pizza is amazing got the large even though there was no way we would finish cause it was the special. Just oodles of toppings and the staff was awesome. Quick and so tasty

For the price of the pizza here I was expecting something rather magnificent but the pizza was just okay... Great atmosphere and décor which would be great if you're entertaining guests or wanted pizza in a better atmosphere than the regular pizza spots. I ordered food for delivery as well to give it another shot but again, it was decent. Delivery is also rather expensive.
