I can say that it is Canada's indispensable coffee stop, but some of them are very clean and tidy, unfortunately some are not. This place is a medium-sized boron place. The employees are polite and fast. You don't have to wait long for your order. Like other Tim Hortons, the desserts are also delicious. The driver tour is also fast. I go in to make an order off the tablet thinking I would get quicker service. Waited 7 minutes for a small coffee that ended up making me late for work while I watched other customers who walked in after me get their orders View all feedback.

I used the tims app for the coffee and the cookie for $3 They scaned it and still charged full price($6) AND gave unnecessary attitude to me! when I called them out for it Discussed with the whole experience Never again... and yes I will be telling people not to go to this location

It's disheartening that they are substituting cream for milk without confirming, posing a serious risk to those with dietary concerns. The staff's inability to follow these restrictions raises questions about the establishment's commitment to customer well-being. If this trend persists, it could have severe consequences. I strongly urge Tim Hortons to prioritize training and enforce strict adherence to dietary guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their patrons. Extremely uncomfortable experience by one of their employees. I ordered through the machine and waited at my spot while studying. I gave it about 15 minutes and stood at the station to grab my order. It wasn’t there so I stood there with my headphones on while watching the next up screen. One of the staff, she had an accent and darker skin addressed me in a very demeaning manner. She raised her voice at me in front of everyone and made me feel stupid for wearing headphones and argued at me. Made me so uncomfortable! She wouldn’t even let me speak or attempt to defend myself, as if wearing headphones alone at the side is worth complaining at?? Worst customer service ever.
I visited this Tim Hortons location on Jan 17th at just before 2 pm. I was greeted by Sonia who was at front cash. She was super friendly and welcoming to everyone!
