Great small coffee and muffin deal. For 2 bucks (always deal). Courteous staff. December 9th 2023...You have to be buzzed in for the washroom. Then inside the men's room the stall door had no lock. The door sways open with NO latch. The changing table was totally FUBARRED. The person who wrote the note had bad spelling. Had written siverly broken. What Sam Baker doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
No soap dispenser in the washroom at all. This is a health code violation. If the customer washrooms don't have soap, I bet you the employees don't, either. I like the people making my food to have clean hands after they use the toilet. Burger was good tho View all feedback.
Drive thru pretty quick. Staff is all courteous and the ladies are cute and sweet! I was playing more than once going through the drive-thru wth nothing on! I got pretty smiles and a few giggles! I'll be doing it even more Service: Take out Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Roundhouse McDonalds is disgusting and the staff are apathetic. The washrooms were completely out of all products (TP, soap etc. . Tables were all dirty and the condiment station was completely out of napkins, ketchup, etc. There were at least 3 people actively vaping in the dining area. People were screaming and jumping/wrestling at the dining area tables and there was nothing done by the staff/management. Service: Dine in
The Roundhouse Centre location on Howard is probably the worst McDonald’s in the city. Not only is it very inconvenient to get in and out of during peak traffic hours, but you also have to deal with a very unpleasant set of staff members. On multiple visits I have been given attitude in drive-thru because they expect you to order a certain way, which is something I don’t experience at other locations. The smoothie machine doesn’t fill up the cups to the top, and the staff/manager refuses to top it up if you call them out on it. Again, something that only happens at this location. The other locations fill them properly so you don’t even have to ask. They, more often than not, have 1 lane closed in drive-thru. When that happens, they often try to tell you to pull up front to wait. The problem is, they’ll say that your food will be out in 3-5 minutes while I’ve had to wait 8-10 minutes at times. This is even when I’ve placed a mobile order IN ADVANCE. I now go out of my way to visit other McDonald’s locations.
Bathroom always closed, trying to save some money. Part of Customer service is to keep washroom available to the customers. Service: 1
