An escalation to the manager resulted in a flat refusal again. Sadly, you lost and an order valued over $200.00 and a repeat customer. I will ensure to let everyone know the lack of business knowledge customer service or understanding of the service industry.

Food was very good, boneless bites were very good but not great, Greek salad was excellent. My brother's burger was great. Service was fast, friendly and professional. My only major complaint was the temperature, it was freezing. I know it defies logic, but it actually felt colder inside the bar than outside. Other than that, a great experience. Lastly, my brother's burger came with approximately 7 tater tots....there should've been more.

On top of that, my friend ordered wings to go before we even received our food and we didn’t receive them. When we asked about the wings when we finished our meals, we were told it would be another 20mins because it was a take out order therefore low priority to them. Food was good but service terrible. If you want somewhere to go for a drink it’s a good spot in lakeshore.
