Much like any other McDonald's, the food is exactly what you would expect. It is one of the only fast food options in the airport and the wait times can often be rather long. At Bradley airport and come on, it a McDonald's. Service is non-existent and your required to use their ordering kiosks. I am quite versed in using computers and a variety of technology. The ordering system is far from intuitive and took me 3 attempts to order a black coffee and a simple breakfast sandwich.Oh well...
Rude employee tried to force me into the service industry on my travel day. Sorr, I don't work there so I am not going to do your job. Self-serve kiosks should be an option, not mandatory.
Online it says they’re open workers saying they don’t open until an hour from now but are in the front of the store eating. Not a good look.
Airport price gouging is back. 1/4 Cheese meal 18bucks plus tax!
