The Bake Shoppe - Windsor Heights

Great little bakery. I got a pink champagne cake for the first time and it was absolutely fabulous!! The lady at the counter tells me how it is the original recipe on which the store was built. It was quite interesting to hear this story! Also had a good selection of other articles and my husband loved the cheesecake bites! Very recommend to stop here for some candy!!!

When I bought cake, it sat on the table with my name. I take it up and the lady there said what you do, you can't just go and touch things. You have to wait for help. It was paid there and on the table. She was rude and disgusting! I'll never go there. Please take your business elsewhere!

This is the best Bakery in the Des Moines subway! They are so friendly and helpful! The best part in this place is that the cake looks lovely every time, but it TASTES also amazing! I love this place in Windsor Heights.
