My family and I absolutely love this place! We love to go here whenever we want a treat. Whenever I walk in I feel so happy because the whole place just feels so good. The whole place is clean, the air is clean, the floor is clean, and it smells really good and sweet inside. The servers are always really nice and are quick at their job, they are never rude or lazy. My usual order is a taro smoothie, with brown sugar... View all feedback.
What Minna Isengrim doesn't like about Ocha Bubble Tea, Windsor Heights:
I liked the vibe of the place but the drinks were so so sweet. I got taro milk tea and actually went back to ask if they could lower the sweetness because it was undrinkable to me. I asked for 50% instead and it was still undrinkably sweet and ended up being thrown out. The staff were very kind about it though and were happy to remake it for me. I wonder if there was some kind of mix up or a new trainee. I do think i... View all feedback.

4.25* (out of 5)Food: 5* Atmosphere: 3* Value: 4* Service: 5*11/12/2023This place was brought to my attention as a result of a Yelp event and I enjoyed my stop. Full disclosure...I did receive a complimentary dessert and drink as a part of the event.I am a dessert and sweets lover, so looked forward to trying a Thai Dessert and flavored tea at a new restaurant. The atmosphere is quite basic, in a strip mall in front of Sam's Club, with concrete floors and minimal tables, chairs and wall decor (see pictures). However, a great new stop for a variety of teas and Thai desserts if you like lighter versions of desserts, you owe it to yourself to give this place a try.The food and service were outstanding. I needed some help in understanding the options and completing my order, but the kind lady at the register was very helpful in stepping me through the process. The Mango flavored Jasmine Green Tea (see picture) was delivered almost immediately and tasted great definite mango flavor and sweet, but not overly sugary. While the Pang Ping (see picture) took a little longer than I would have expected to prepare, it was delivered to my table while it was warm and delicious. Think of it as a thick piece of Thai sweet bread that is lightly toasted, with your chosen flavors on the outside. I found it to be quite light, yet with just the right amount of sweetness to qualify as a great dessert. If you found this review helpful, please show your appreciation with a Like or a Follow.Photos copyright: happyhourdesmoines.com thefoodanddrinkguy.com
15/10! It was very busy here for a Sunday afternoon and the staff was extremely friendly and communicative. Their menu has soo many options to choose from and dairy free options! We got mills teas and croffles. All of which were very good! I was pleased to hear that the owner also owns my favorite Thai place, eat Thai, Thai eatery the area don't have much seating but it's very bright and open. I'd definitely recommend!
Went here for the first time for a Yelp event and I am so glad! My boyfriend and I got the jasmine green milk tea and I got hokkaido milk tea at 25% sweet. Both were just the right amount of sweetness and so creamy. Love that the hokkaido comes with a nondairy cream. The boba were perfectly soft and chewy. For dessert my boyfriend got strawberry on a cloud chaffle and it was super fresh from the iron and delicious. I got a taro shaved ice and let me tell you this was an absolute win. I got mini mochi and popping mango for toppers and I enjoyed every chewy bite. Will definitely be back for that on warm days or when I need a little icy pick-me-up.
Dessert sweet but not over done. Boba tea was mid. Something about the flavor seemed a little bit off. I would still go again.
