was amazing, such a great atmosphere. drink selection was perfect aswell as the music. this is my favorite so I can safely return! nod the owners is a great guy, he and his team are always there to help when they need them View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Holy Grail:
absolutely terrible experience here I have booked a table for inside and they let us sit outside, although the whole table was free. our heating did not work on our table and we were absolutely frozen. the type that “gone” us when we arrived was so ignorant and rude that I have never experienced anything like that in my life. the service was horribly constantly waiting to order old. will never go back View all feedback.

Booked a table they didn’t give us one wouldn’t kick out walkins that came hours before us. Bad experience why book it u don’t get a spot
They tell you they are full booked and then you look on open table and they are not ... bad business for the owners !! Mind you the guys are pretty good it is just the front of house blonde girls that are not !!
The good the decor/ambiance was incredibly beautiful and well thought out . They had Eminem playing in the background which kept the energy high. The drinks were delicious especially the Cherry bomb. If you like a drink which tastes like candy (in a good way) The bad the staff. Perhaps it’s normal for this venue but making out behind the bar, rolling ciggies and doing shots was a bit strange and made it appear like the staff wasn’t switched on/unprofessional. But again it’s probably normal for this venue. Overall great venue and drinks. Would probably be suited to a casual drink rather than a special occasion.
