Voted as the best real ale pub in Maidenhead by CAMRA, it offers a great selection of well-kept local beers. With regular events including quiz nights, live music, and even homemade pizzas, there is something for everyone. The pub now also provides pub food, adding to the overall experience. Although slightly off the beaten path, the charming atmosphere and dedication to the local community make it a worthwhile visit. Cheers to supporting this local gem!.
Good place, shame that all shareholders let a guy who has zero interest and experience in dealing with customers, who bullies the staff, really embarrassing! I would not recommend this place, especially if you have to deal with so called manager of the pub. Had a great night, but he interacted and told staff off for making a drink I asked for, when I interacted he became extremely rude, lesson for management- people come there to spend money not to be told off.
