I regularly take a coffee here if I am heading into London, so thought that the station kiosk was due a review. A tiny kiosk, which offers the usual range of coffees snacks and soft drinks. The coffee is well made and tasty. The queue can be long sometimes so if you only have minutes to spare you may miss out. Regardless of the tiny space, I always enjoy the coffee, which is hot and tastes good View all feedback.
What mockneyg doesn't like about Puccino’s:
The restaurant needs to open at the advertised time of 6:30 am so that I can get my morning drink and snack. If not, I always end up going to Costa, which is always crowded. View all feedback.
I only had 5 minutes to wait for my train and needed a drink, but the customer before me was asked to write a review, so I had to wait in line. By the time it was my turn, my train had arrived, and I didn't get served. It's frustrating how reviews seem to be prioritized over customer service nowadays. Now I'll have to go with a dry mouth until I reach a Costa. Did they win with their review over making a sale, or did they lose by missing out on serving a customer?
I stumbled upon this hidden gem on the platform at Maidenhead station. The staff were polite, friendly, and provided excellent service. The coffee was delicious, the babycino was perfect, and they even gave a complimentary biscuit. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
We popped into this station kiosk quickly while waiting for a train for 20 minutes. The kiosk offers a variety of coffees, teas, and snacks. We ordered a green tea and a regular tea, which were served with a smile. The teas were tasty and reasonably priced considering the location. Overall, a decent experience.
Teh coffee here is amazing, a lot of station retailers just sell basic stuff but they really have some nice stuff here deffo recommend grabbing a brew if your'e passing
This is a nice restaurant, but I wish it had longer hours. The staff can be a bit unfriendly at times, and it seems like they close early. However, if you're looking for coffee at Maidenhead station, this is your only option.
