What Ava Lewis doesn't like about Heidi:
On a busy Saturday I stopped by for a hot chocolate and slice of apple tart. Both were ok in comparison to coffee chain equivalents but were a bit disappointing as specialist bakery fare. The hot chocolate was luke warm with a smooth rounded flavour...but had quite a powdery aftertaste. The apple slice was very moist with slightly too soggy pastry and was a bit bland in taste. We go to Heidi in Daniels every week as the food and drinks are consistently good and the staff are very friendly.
Heidi’s is our regular coffee place. Lovely staff, really good food, and the best coffee in Windsor.

I love Heidi's. The staff work efficiently and are so friendly, and the counter looks great. I was served by Konnie today, who was lovely.
