Happy Wok - Windsor and Maidenhead

Ordered plenty of times from these guys with no issue but tonight experienced such shocking customer service that I will not be returning to order again. Ordered food at 7:45, told it will be delivered at 8:55. Fine with that, it’s Friday night after all. Order confirmed as delivered on just eat app at 9:05 despite no food. Called them at 9:10 to find out where food was and was told “driver left ages ago, will be there any minute”. Called them at 9:20 and phone wasn’t answered for several minutes. Called them from a different phone at the same time and they miraculously answered straight away. Enquires as to where the food was and was met with utter disdain. Told I should cancel the order via JustEat which of course I couldn’t do as they marked the order as complete 30 mins prior. Was assured they would cancel the order from their side. 9:42, driver just shown up with food almost 2 hours from ordering. Told him we didn’t want the food. Shocking customer service to once regular and loyal customers. We shall be going elsewhere and recommend you do the same

No flavour Recommend Hanwah MSG? Suggest go back to basics and learn Chinese cuisine as both dishes were utterly tasteless Beef Szechuan very bland Chicken with Ginger and Spring Onions ginger???

I did ordered 5 dishes that included 3 noodles on Aug 30th (Friday) Out of the 3 boxes, one was a box of STALE noodles. Re heated and dry and tasted like bluah. I have attached the pic below. This was the first time I ordered from happy woks and will be the last time. I called them up, and they were quick to send a replacement box which I had no interest in, but refused to refund the money. Loosers.

This is the worst Chinese food we have ever eaten. It was absolutely disgusting. We only ended up eating the chicken balls and chips because everything else was just awful. Please save your money and don't bother dining here.

We ordered a large amount of food for a romantic evening at home, but unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with everything. The chicken was chewy, the seaweed tasted old, and the overall meal was overpriced. We ended up spending more than £50 for just the two of us, which seemed outrageous especially considering we recently dined at a different Chinese restaurant and only spent £50 for a party of five. The portion sizes were small and it was evident that the food was pre-made and reheated. The only highlight was the crispy duck, which we did enjoy.
