Please note that this review is not listed under the main restaurant name, but rather under 'Legoland Bricks Family Restaurant'. We were informed that the restaurant is now under new management. Our meal was fantastic and could have easily been dishes from the final round of Masterchef. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient, and cheerful. View all feedback.

The breakfast at this restaurant was not buffet style; instead, customers were able to choose from a limited menu that was brought to the table. Unfortunately, the cooked breakfast was of low quality and did not meet our expectations considering the high cost of our stay. The main menu at the restaurant was also quite limited, so we decided to dine elsewhere for dinner. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience.
We have only been to Bricks twice, but both times they served us delicious and satisfying breakfast to kickstart our day at Legoland. It was busy on both occasions, so make sure to book a table in advance. The service from our waitress was excellent both times, and they were pleasantly surprised when we left a tip. Remember to show appreciation to your waitress if they take good care of you.
Unique in its inability to cater adequately for its customers who pay a hefty bill to stay at this hotel. No side plates offered to use when eating croissants , no glasses for Juice, given about 7 rashers of bacon and floppy white toast. Poorly trained but pleasant staff. No jam just Nutella All food kind of thrown in centre of table for us to sort Offered 3 baskets of croissants and pain au choc chaotic
The Bricks restaurant at the hotel was disappointing. The service was lacking as there were only young and inexperienced waiters. After waiting for 30 minutes and not receiving any attention, we left because the waiter was busy with a large family who were complaining about their drinks. We had two hungry children with us and decided to leave. Upon complaining to reception, we found out that there had been multiple complaints about the restaurant that night. We were disappointed as we had confirmed our reservation multiple times. However, breakfast was better with a tasty full English breakfast, although we had to remind the waiter about our drinks. The tables around us were dirty and the floor was covered in food throughout our meal. If we were to stay again, we would not eat at the restaurant.
I didn't expect to much from the place, as it is a mass production considering the position, but we got less then expected. Small portions, not seasoned enough and no salt on tables. Warm food not hot, semi dry brownies, like they stayed 2hours under heat lights. Even that was enough as we were tired after long day, so didn't have energy to complain, but that is not all. Service poor to many people walking around empty handed, like they expect that someone else will do the job. Empty plates on table stayed longer time then what we wait for them to arive. No check ups, presume that it is easier not to deal with complains, then to improve. Still didn't finish deserts, and we were asked did we pre pay or got charged the bill. Without issuing the receipt wanted to charge so we needed to ask to print one for us, and on the top said that we can put tips how much we want. With all due respect for what? Experience in Legoland Park and Hotel is amazing. They deserve better restaurant to accompany it.
