Harvest - Windsor

Service and eating were excellent. the music needs improvement, it was like elevator music. maybe a bit of john mayer, ed sheeren, a bit along this genres. a bit loud, had eaten some of the BMW types, they were a little gross. but no big thing. suzanne was beautiful, although it looked like she worked with her apron in the kitchen. uniform needs an update.

Lovely and romantic setting in the Crowne Plaza near Windsor. As this location has several food outlets we mixed it up a little. We enjoyed Pizza and caraffe of Rosé on a warm summer evening on the terrace which was so nice. We were so happy with it. Staff cared for us in a nice way. Overall great choice to dine at this place.

My partner I been guests on a few occasions loved the food experience. This time we brought my parents my partners parents to treat them. We sat directly behind a table of 20 people that were very noisy. We were barely able to hold a conversation at our table above the noise. My partner ordered the tofu for mains it was not edible. Appreciated having it removed from the bill. My Mum enjoyed her fish cakes but could have choked had she not seen the stick like stem from the vegetables she had on her plate. The cheesecake dessert we wanted to order was sold out replaced with a bland off the shelf cheesecake. Overall felt disappointed with the experience as we had high expectations from our previous visits.

Valentine's day dinner was exceptional. As we're having our wedding there in November we wanted to see what the rest of Crowne Plaza was like (outside of our wedding). It was exceptional, the food, the ambience, the customer service were all exceptional. Can't wait to get married there.

Great food, drink and location service a tad slow but otherwise all ok!
