What Kim Pascale doesn't like about Starbucks:
They were out of cold brew. They offered iced coffee and then continued to add on charges for cream and syrup bringing the cost of a coffee to $6. When I spoke up to point out they gave me cold foam and charged me for it although I didnt ask for it, they apologized instead of reimbursing me. View all feedback.
I’ve never been able to enjoy the cold brews that are supposedly on the menu. They’re always out of stock whenever I visit. Why advertise them if you can’t provide them? It would be better to just close and spare people the hassle.
No blender so no Fraps, no cold brew, no cold foam. And doesn't scan Cc on the app. Pretty pathetic starbucks.
I have been to this Starbucks many times. The coffee drinks and food are always great. However, the staff is rarely friendly. I know they are understaffed and busy at times but, it's still part of their job to be nice.
I was disappointed to find that they were out of ingredients for 75% of the menu. It felt like a waste of time.
Located inside target. No place to sit at the moment. Service was quick and accurate.
