What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The manager at this restaurant should be let go. There was no customer service provided by someone named Charles who is described as being about 6 feet tall with black hair and eyes that can be seen in the photo I posted. After ordering from the kiosks, the manager told me I had to wait until he was finished with what he was doing or until another worker was available to help me at the front desk. Don't usually eat McDonald's but this was a road emergency hungry little ppl and a happy meal hit the spot which made me happy .. that's McDonald's
Stopped in to grab some lunch with the family on our way thru to black River falls. The manager Pablo and the front order taker Dennis were awesome. They were friendly kind funny and quick. Really impressed
No service, the stupid auto terminals weren’t working and no one was helping anyone in lonby
The girl with the hair wrap and tattoos on her neck (I wish I would of looked for her name), was RUDE!! I get it maybe working at McDonald’s isn’t her dream job. But, it is the job she has. She was snippy when I asked to change sauces, never smiled or said thank you. When she sat the bag of food on the counter and walked away I had to ask if it was mine. The food was good and we had good service and the drive thu worker was polite his name was zack Anderson
