Chicken was fresh at this location and it didn't take too long for meal to come out. Did have to wait out front after going thru drive thru but the guy who brought it out was pleasant and although they forgot to ask if I wanted butter or any sauce at allfor my biscuits it was still decent and can't beat the price.
This has got to be the worst KFC in the county. It's run by children who cannot even operate a phone. All i have to say is, welcome to the Hunger games Windsor. May the odds be ever in.your favor!
Horrible service. She got my order wrong, So I repeated my order to be clear, girl thought I wanted double. She was bet out of shape at the window. Acted like a little brat because she was wrong. Manager apologized said they?re dealing with a lot. Yeahyou?re dealing with a girl who flunked out of school and is quickly learning flipping chicken isn?t her calling. He calling isheavy makeup and a bad attitude and no gym routine.
I ordered three 2-piece boxes priced at $7.99 each, but the cashier seemed confused about the items. After wasting about 10 minutes going back and forth, I thought the order was finally correct—turns out, I was wrong. Here’s the real issue: rounding up to $8 per box means three boxes should total around $24 before tax, about $27 after tax. However, she charged me over $40! I asked how the total was so high, considering the prices on the board weren’t updated. She couldn’t explain and rudely asked if I was going to buy or not. With that attitude and no explanation for why three 2-piece orders cost more than a bucket promo, I was shocked and decided to leave. I checked the KFC app afterward and saw the price was indeed $7.99. The owner should really train staff on basic customer service, arithmetic, and product knowledge... and maybe a little common sense. Honestly, I should have gone to Popeyes instead!
