I had a problem with waiting for a long time due to them being short staffed or something of the sorts while they were really busy. I had to come back later in the evening to get my food and the frustrating experience turned into a positive one with how kind the staff and management all are, they even then prepared my meal for free with more than I would've originally gotten. Thanks for the hard work while still being super postive-Daniel

The staff were friendly but I guess that’s the only good thing about this restaurant.

Went thu the drive thru at about 3:30 and ordered a 5 piece tender box with slaw and mash potatoes and gravy. And a 4 piece original box with mac n cheese and s... read more Went thu the drive thru at about 3:30 and ordered a 5 piece tender box with slaw and mash potatoes and gravy. And a 4 piece original box with mac n cheese and slaw. Both orders the biscuits were very dry. The tender box only came with 3 very small tenders almost the size of nuggets, greasy fries, mash potatoes and slaw. All the 4 pieces of original chicken were burned and got 2 legs no thighs. I called and did not get an apology but offered the remaining 2 tenders. I am only giving one star because the root beer was good.

I ordered... read more Went to KFC in Windsor for dinner tonight. I was greeted by a friendly staff as soon as I walked in. The male staff working the counter was friendly. I ordered the 3 piece original chicken meal. My food came out pretty fast. The chicken was hot and crispy. The biscuit was hot and fresh. The coleslaw was delicious. The dining area looks clean. The same friendly staff wished me a great night when I was leaving. Wow! Great service today. Big thumbs up!
