I just went here for the first time in a few months and I had just a simple yet lovely interaction with the olderish ; woman that works there. They ran out of vanilla frosted doughnuts with sprinkles and it was just a cute convo. That type of customer service is what makes or breaks it for me!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
This place is too expensive. The food is marginal and the donuts usually sit on the shelves all day. Also the donuts are not covered or behind glass. They are open all day and collect dust and bacteria when workers go back and forth. I noticed this a long time ago and it has been disturbing me since. No healthy practice. View all feedback.
SLOW? Waited 5min for someone to take my order staff busy playing on the phones
The cashier taking my order answered his phone while taking my ordering and continued to talk on it while still trying to take my order. Both coffees were made wrong.
I love this dunkin. They are usually very high and friendly, and the orders always come to perfection! Lucky to have them as my local coffee break!
