I've visited this location multiple times, and I must say, the staff is mostly a young crowd that doesn’t seem to take their jobs seriously. When we approached the window, we noticed a young man preparing our food without wearing gloves while touching his face. I asked the young lady taking our payment why he wasn’t wearing gloves, and she informed us that "it's not required when we're at the window." This was astonishing to hear, especially as we watched our food being prepared. In my opinion, this is completely unprofessional and unsafe. There's no telling if we might get sick after witnessing him touch his face and then our food. I assured her that my issue wasn’t with her personally, but the response I received was, “that’s just how fast food works,” before she abruptly shut the window while we were still talking. I tried to put it in perspective—if you witnessed this at another restaurant, you would likely feel the same way. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant instead. Lived here in windsor over a decade now and the young staff in the afternoon is rude . They aren't required to wear gloves when making your fries. Literally watched a guy pick his face and put my fries in box when I asked to put on gloves . Got an attitude and was so rude and disrespectful. We use the 460 coming back from Richmond soccer games. This is the only BK we'll stop to eat at. Food is always hot and fresh. Service is great too. Never had a bad experience.
