What Jeff Warden doesn't like about Burger King:
I ordered from the drive thru window. Was asked to pull forward. 30 mins later I pulled by to the window and they forgot about the order. The manager claims that she had the food but no one new anything about it. Left with a refund because I had to get back to work without lunch. So if they ask to pull up don't because they will forget and really don't care. View all feedback.

I travel a lot and pass this BK when I do. The customer service is always great, my order is always correct, and it's always clean! One of my favorite BKs on the East coast Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service was excellent, but I think more attention should be given to cleaning the dining area. Unfortunately, when it comes to cleanliness, this Hardee's location falls short compared to other fast-food chains. In fact, its cleanliness is among the lowest I've seen.
This is one of the few places that offers ice cream in the area. However, they could benefit from some additional training to better manage the drive-thru traffic.
