Went here for my birthday. Truly amazing service and food. You have got to try the Vodka Martini which did Bond proud lol. Really good wine list which perfectly compliments the meat choices available. Best I’ve been to in Windsor View all feedback.
What Henriette Moser doesn't like about Meat At The Parish:
This place is average for the prices they charge. Firstly on entering was not shown to table the man just pointed to the table and I had to move it slightly due to how small the areas is to fit dinners there. They also charge...a service charge you wouldn't mind paying if the service is very good but this was poor the lady who took our order was not interested and looked like she didn't want to be there staff must re... We ate so good here! while I had no steak for which they are known, did 3 of my companions, and it was clearly of excellent quality. I enjoyed the knochenmark and the burrata. They had a great choice of weep like. good! what I would have called a shrimp cocktail was not what I had expected and not my cup tee pardon the pun. it was small garnel covered in a thousand island dressing. not for me! but everything else was excellent!
On Friday night again got friends from devon here, welcomed by leo, who bought us a round drink, what a nice greeting. eating was simply incredible every mouthful molten, beautiful restaurant, great friendly service and the best steaks in windsor. and also oysters. the Mac box is also a must. 12 out of 10 youngs, service food and ambiente, it just won't be better than this, and in creeping home distance
Beautiful, again at meat in the parish for being a family dinner. we all enjoyed our evening in this friendly, welcoming restaurant. from the minute they go, are made to feel so welcome. 2 of us had old fashionable cocktails that were perfect. three of us had made gin tonic available from the good selection of gins. we decided to go with our drinks for brot and olives. we enjoyed soft bowling crab, burrata with parma ham feigen and the wonderful wobbly bloomer served with a delicious wicy mayo. we all went for steak next tasty ribeye steaks perfectly cooked a large size and the bone in rib from the metzgerblock divided between 2 of us. the bone in rib was so tasteful, perfectly cooked and enjoyed with the chimichurri sauce (freshly cubed so well.) we have a delicious bordeaux or 2 with our net! we have with the rice pudding, chocolate orange torte and the selection of British cheese absolutely perfect end of our meal. the staff was attentive, courtesy friendly. this was one of the best nights that we had in a long time and definitely go back.
