I thought if I gave some positive feedback he might smile, but I was wrong. So sad for a beautiful place like that. We were in Windsor for a day trip. So we tried to get some food in a place that you won't find in London every day. I have never heard of this place, so we gave it a try. We got some sandwiches, with fries. I have never eaten those tasty fries in my life. With cheese and I don't know what spice. The sandwich was amazing. I had to order again. The coffee is also so so nice. I don't drink coffee, but I've tried my partner's one. Since that day I have tried to find out how to make that. So for the taste experience this place is outstanding, at least for brunch, but by the customer service it is very low

We ordered through the app w... read more As a group of 3 we came here for lunch, the girl who initially saw to us was polite and asked our preference of where to be seated. We ordered through the app which was easy to navigate and service was pretty fast. Food tasted lovely and was presented well. As we ordered through the app I cannot comment on table service and another downfall was the amount of ice in a cocktail ordered as there was barely any drink for the price paid which is the reason for the 4 star but can only imagine if we had table service it would have been a good experience either way. The place is nicely decorated and a relaxed atmosphere.

Our server, Jai, was excellent and consistently checked in to see if we wanted more drinks. Unlike other brunches where you have to signal for another drink, Jai was proactive in refilling our glasses. The food was delicious and the daiquiris were well-made.

Our waiter was Jai and he was incredible, he would come over every 5 minutes asking if we wanted another drink, making us feel so welcomed. The staff were incredible, the atmosphere was lovely. Jai was honestly incredible couldn’t recommend enough!

No urgency to seat us and it was not busy. Not that it’s necessarily required but someone could have smiled Food had been clearly made a while before we ordered and was either reheated or refried to order. Fries were tough and chewy so had to send back, got a fresh batch which were very nice. Should have been like that the first time. My friend didn’t touch her fish tapas due to it being over cooked and chewy. Awful
