The place feels weird walking into, closed off entrance and a long hallway. the staff is very nice tho and the prices are good. My family member and his coworker were in Windom last week and visited Phat Pheasant. Unfortunately, their experience was marred by harassment throughout their meal. A few guys at the bar stared at them in an intimidating manner, and when the coworker tried to use the restroom, the door was blocked. Wasn 't impressed with the steak and shrimp, steak was tough and dry and shrimp tasted old and a little freezer burnt. Claimed world famous steak not sure how that title was handed out. But, the service and atmosphere were awesome Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
