I tried mixing the dry smoke with Ranc... read more The wings were absolutely delicious! They had a perfect level of crispiness and were packed with bold flavors and spices. I tried mixing the dry smoke with Ranch Rub and Cajun seasonings, and it was a fantastic combination! The blue cheese dressing was outstanding; if it wasn't homemade, it could easily fool anyone because it's certainly not the kind of thing you'll find in many places. The beef stew was also fantastic! My only critique is that the chefs added a bit too much ground black pepper too early in the cooking process, which made it a bit spicier than necessary and overshadowed some of the stew's other flavors. Overall, though, the stew was really great!

It just won't be the same without him. I'm leaving this for anyone who misses him. Rest in peace, Matt.
