Orders are usually correct, and on any occasion, if I'm missing something or an order is incorrect, the employees usually help me out quickly to fix the dilema. The usual issue is the dressing option picked for salads. Also, the app is easy to use. View all feedback.
What E P dislikes about Wendy's:
The place is clean, quiet, and comfortable. That's it. Staff is unknowledgeable, snotty, and slow. They don't seem to genuinely care about their jobs or you. Can't even get a smile or a heartfelt goodbye from these people. They regularly outright fail on accuracy. I've had half my order completely missing, at times. I was so surprised when I tried out the fish sandwich made of pollack. It was delicious! Fresh flavor, tender, crispy. I went back three times! Goes awful well with a chocolate frosty.
Pretty standard Wendy's, the staff is very friendly and the food is very fresh, can't complain. Would recommend!
All I wanted was a cup of water and they gave it to me for free. First time a fast food place didn’t charge me for just getting a water. Stellar
Good food. Good people. Clean place.
Your typical Wendy's in terms of food. But wait time was awesome, around 4 5 minutes if you order small (like two items).
