Windham’s Dunkin’ delivers fast, well-made drinks, kid-friendly service and useful amenities like drive‑thru, free parking and milk‑alternative options. Seating is practical for short work sessions but can be chilly. However, inconsistent management, occasional rude or unsanitary staff behavior, unclear late‑order rules and cash‑handling lapses undermine the experience. Staff are quick to fix mistakes, but accessibility is partial (manual doors), so improvements in cleanliness, policy consistency and customer care would elevate an otherwise convenient local stop.
I found the male manager working morning shifts and training new staff to be very unprofessional. He grabbed cups and coffees from the employees’ hands in an aggressive manner and pushed past them. If he doesn’t have the patience to train others, customer service may not be the right fit for him. I feel sorry for the trainees, and I will be reporting this to HR.
The customer service at Dunkin' was extremely disappointing. The staff were shockingly rude, making snarky remarks when I returned a latte with burnt espresso and no sugar after waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru. It's unbelievable, especially considering the menu options available.
I absolutely love the Dunkin' in Windham. They consistently make excellent drinks and food. Compared to other Dunkin' locations I've visited, this one stands out as the best. They offer a variety of options for different dietary needs. Parking is free, and there is a convenient drive-thru. The main entrance is on the first floor and features a ramp, making it wheelchair accessible.
5.50 for a Lg macchiato that’s MOSTLY milk is ridiculous, what’s EVEN MORE ridiculous is when they make another one but just add more ICE to give the illusion that its not another weak a coffee.I thought I was being very reasonable by being polite, asking nicely and trying making pleasant conversation while apologizing for being picky. 5.50 for milk, ice and the illusion of a nice coffee. ?
Friendly, fast service and as always, my New England coffee was on POINT!!! It was so good to visit home.
