5.50 for a Lg macchiato that’s MOSTLY milk is ridiculous, what’s EVEN MORE ridiculous is when they make another one but just add more ICE to give the illusion that its not another weak a coffee.I thought I was being very reasonable by being polite, asking nicely and trying making pleasant conversation while apologizing for being picky. 5.50 for milk, ice and the illusion of a nice coffee. ?‍

The manager here is incredibly rude. She rushed me to place my order, and I was left wondering what happened to good customer service. Because of her pushiness, I had to add a muffin at the window. When I received my coffee and muffin, I politely mentioned that I had forgotten my creamer. With an incredibly rude tone, she replied, "It's in the bag, like I just told you," and the look she gave me was just unacceptable. This experience definitely reflects poor customer service. They really need to improve!
