The food looked so good I forgot to take a picture. Next time, because there will definitely be a next time. The escargot was delicious. I don't know how they catch them in the mountains! My dining companion had the onion soup, and it was superb. Go for the rack of lamb, seriously. It's the best I've ever eaten. View all feedback.

Tried to eat here tonight and the place was almost empty when we came in. We were told our party was too big. There was only 9 of us. Staff was rude and said “that’s too many people”. Guess our money isn’t as green as the potential customers who could dine there today. View all feedback.
The food is excellent overall, but there are a few dishes we won’t be ordering again due to our personal preferences.
This is one of the top restaurants in the Windham area, offering a diverse range of well-prepared dishes, a cozy dining room, an excellent wine selection, and a lovely location featuring a porch that overlooks Main Street Route 23. Last night, we enjoyed the heirloom tomato and mozzarella appetizer, risotto with asparagus, mushrooms, and truffle oil, and hanger steak. Everything was delicious. Although half of the serving staff was absent, the service remained commendable.
I highly recommend Bistro Brie Bordeaux to anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. The ambiance was delightful, featuring cozy and elegant décor that enhanced our evening. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and knowledgeable, ready to answer our questions about the menu and provide recommendations based on our tastes. The wine selection was impressive, offering a variety of options that paired beautifully with our meals. Each dish was presented stunningly, artfully arranged and almost too beautiful to eat. The value for money was excellent, with fair prices given the high quality and generous portions of both food and drinks. The restaurant exuded a warm and welcoming atmosphere, giving off a friendly and relaxed vibe that made us feel right at home. Overall, Bistro Brie Bordeaux was an absolute delight, and I can't wait to return and try more of their amazing offerings. It truly stands out as one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of a fantastic dining experience.

What an awesome place! Great food, friendly staff and such a comfortable atmosphere even though it was so busy.
