An open airy cafe with water views, with friendly efficient staff. Enjoyable brunch, good eggs Benny and the coffee was also good. The Gluten Free in our group were well catered for. Overall a pleasant brunch. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Deck:
Poor quality canned baked beans huge slabs of disgusting white bread, orange cheap tomato. Basic bacon egg and sausage. Earl Grey tea with a turpentine overtone. Give this one a miss. Never again. Seriously guys, even Heinz make better beans and why serve those slabs of chemical bread? For such an expensive breakfast you could do far better. View all feedback.
Our first meal at whitsundays while exploring the main street we came across this cozy place close to the Lagoon. Had a couple of drinks with our mains. Our mains included Fish n chips, Margherita pizza and buddha bowl salad. Pizza was really fresh n cheezy and buddha bowl was sumptious. The service was quick and the staff were really helpful and accomodating<br/ <br/ Food -4<br/ Ambience-3<br/ Service-4<br/ Value for money- 4
We really enjoyed the food, I had the steak (cooked to perfection) and the wife had chicken burger. The only let down was one staff member who was very dismissive and indifferent (she should probably consider a different job). Otherwise the music, vibe and view were very enjoyable
The woodfire pizzas at this restaurant are outstanding and the cocktails are excellent. The staff is friendly and the prices are great. Aside from that, the only downside is that some people use the restaurant as a shortcut to get to their accommodations or the car park.
Both the Eggs Benedict and pizza were really nice. Enjoyed the food here. I came here twice when I staying Airlie beach. Breakfast finishes at 11.00a.m.
Homemade Muesli : Amazing <br/ Omelette : Great<br/ Big Brekky : Great<br/ Iced Mocha : Amazing <br/ Service : Amazing<br/ <br/ The Deck was one of my favourite places to go to for brunch during my stay at Airlie Beach. The hospitality from the waitstaff was so welcoming. Whilst the menu isn’t too big (during brunch hours) the food was flavourful and plentiful. The Iced Mocha was so good I’d finished it before the food even came out!
