The service was very attentive and accommodating. The food was tastefully very good, but the portion sizes differ greatly depending on the dish. At partly high prices then a pity if one is not aware of this in advance. The ambience is very pleasant, the restaurant was tastefully decorated and the quiet music pleasant. Breakfast excellent. Overall, it was a lovely evening. My party and I enjoy trying new places, so we decided to visit Schwarzenstein Castle for the first time. While it didn't quite meet the standards of other Relais Chateaux establishments we have visited, the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The food was tasty and the service was excellent, with helpful suggestions for wine selections.
Great ambience! Great food and fine wines from the Rheingau! Worth a stop at any time...
