Panera Bread - Windermere
Panera Bread
Description
In a busy neighborhood, this Panera offers the usual conveniences — drive-thru, indoor/outdoor seating, and self-order kiosks — and reliably tasty soups, salads and sandwiches. Guests praise friendly staff and quick service at times, plus clean, modern interiors, but experiences vary: some report long drive‑thru waits, buggy kiosks, rude interactions and occasional food‑safety lapses. It's a casual, study‑friendly spot worth trying for a quick meal, but be mindful of inconsistent service and equipment.

I ordered a whole chicken Greek salad and was disappointed to find several pieces of brown and black, spoiled lettuce mixed in. Thankfully, I noticed it while stirring the salad to mix in the dressing. Because of this experience, I no longer order from this location. It seems many of the young staff members don’t understand the importance of food sanitation. Absolutely disgusting!
This classic restaurant is a great place to enjoy time with family and friends, whether they're locals or visiting from abroad. The food is superbly flavorful, and the salad is absolutely delightful!
I ordered a Mediterranean bowl. It was very poor and not worth it. Never coming back again. I use to love Panera. It is getting worst and worst at every visit.
I dread going to this Panera. Today there were two cars in front of me and it took me 9 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich. On average it takes about 8 to 12 minutes to drive-thru. When I get up to the window there's about five young kids standing around who could give a flying F about customer service. Below is a screenshot. I decided to time my visit today, and that is after I placed my order. ?
