I am not one to write complains EVER, but after being cons... read more As a previous employee of Panera Bread, I understand the expectations of when the store should close. I am not one to write complains EVER, but after being constantly disappointed in the store closing 30-45 earlier than is posted on the door, website,and google, I felt the need to write one in hopes this problem would be fixed by the District Manager. On top of that tonight Iwent in to this store at 8:15pm and they had no coffee set out (both iced and hot) when I know that it?s store policy to keepthe coffees out front until the store?s allotted closing time. I hope this review reaches the right people and these problemscan both be resolved. Again, I absolutely hate making these comments and never do so, but as a previous employee who still holdsPanera Bread to the highest regard and understands what the stores should be held accountable for, I wanted to make the higherups aware that these things were happening as I hate to see Panera Bread branches falling short of company procedures andprotocols. They actively do not support the national program. They have removed cups from self serve kiosks. It?s always something that is anissue and it never seems to run the way Panera intends the experience to be due to the lack of commitment from the localfranchise.

I cant tell you how many times I get all the way home and it has the wrong dressing or missing the chickenentirely! THIS LOCATION IS GARBAGE. Currently, angrily eating a salad with no dressing.
