This Wendy's location is the worst I've ever been to in the entire country. The front window has been broken and covered with a tarp for months, which is a major health and safety concern.
I wasn't a frequent customer at Wendy's, but this particular Wendy's has an excellent staff. They were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant surprised me in a good way. I hope they continue to keep it on the menu. This could easily be a 5-star review if there wasn't always a long line. If they allowed customers to come in and order, they could potentially double their orders. The extra revenue would outweigh the additional costs of hiring more staff quite easily. Overall, great job, but I would like to see even more improvements.
This Wendy's is a decent option for fast food. The staff is typically pleasant and friendly, and my order is usually accurate.
The food was decent, but be sure to have them confirm your order before you pay. When I reached the window, they didn't read my order back to me. I ended up being charged for both a ghost pepper sandwich and a regular spicy sandwich, even though I only wanted the ghost pepper one. I got a refund, but the staff member explained, "Just so you know, a spicy sandwich is different." I appreciate the clarification, but as an almost 30-year-old, I already know the difference. The tone felt a bit condescending, almost like talking to a child.
