For the first time ever I was treated really rude by the woman at the window with no name tag. After sitting in line for 30 minutes watching her chat it up with the car in front of me for 7 of those minutes I was pretty frustrated. I asked her a question when I got to the window she literally heard me and ignored me then I asked the question and she did it again, and then I asked the question again, and she finally answered extremely rude. Then I called and asked for the manager Brandon and he was so unorganized and confuse me with the words that he was saying I literally just hung up.
The staff is always friendly, and they prepare my drinks perfectly!
I had a great experience at this restaurant! The coffee was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the seating was nice and spacious. I'd give 10 stars to the young lady who made my coffee this evening, July 22, 2023, around 8:15 PM. However, I have to give zero stars for the internet connection, which was terrible. Just a heads up: to access the Starbucks Wi-Fi, they require your first and last name, phone number, and email at this location, which seems unnecessary.
Can someone please teach the staff how to make a vanilla mocha? This is the only Starbucks in Georgia that seems to get it wrong.
I just love the workers they are sooo nice and sometimes they write stuff on my drink it always makes my day
