I was disappointed with the fried chicken and Cajun dishes at this restaurant. The food does not live up to Southern or Cajun cooking standards.
Regrettably, they are closing their restaurant to concentrate on catering. The food is exceptional and they will be greatly missed.
The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the food was delicious. Our group ordered catfish, shrimp and grits, and a BBQ sandwich, all of which were generously sized and flavorful. As a connoisseur of French fries, I found them to be just average. The girl working at the counter was very polite and accommodating to us, as we were new to the restaurant.
Outstanding comfort food in Winder with a twist. The chix sandwich was the best I've ever had and it's enough for two! The Mac and cheese, red beans and rice and bread pudding also good compliments. My wife had shrimp and grits and was pleasantly surprised.
My husband and I just had lunch here for his birthday. The food was delicious! If you haven't tried this place yet, please stop by here in Winder where the food is plentiful and good!
