Unfortunately, I had to wait about five minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence and took my order. The cashier would only sell me one dozen, insisting that they needed to keep some for later, despite there being around 60 on display. I explained that I needed 20 for my daughter's class, but she still refused. I left feeling very disappointed with my experience at this location today.

However, now when we ask for regular sugar, they clarify by asking if we mean the granular kind, to which we respond with a yes. It would be helpful if there was an option on the mobile ordering system for choosing between water or green tea.

The morning crew (more specifically Britt, Harley, and Zoey) are the literal dream team. They are always in the best mood and make you feel so welcomed. From the start of the order, the girls know the rest. They make the entire day better when I see them! Always the best coffee to get the day going!Kid-friendliness: Britt, Harley, and Zoey always make sure to say hello to all my kids if they’re with me!

I must have my dunkin ice coffee everyday to mix with my protein shake and I've been coming so long my girl's know my order when they hear my voice. They all 3 Have the cutest bubbly personalities they just make are morning every morning. They all pop out to say hello or wave hello if busy. Britt has been there for so long I feel like we are family.
